About Us

About Kavunoo

Kavunoo is an online retailer offering personalized and custom products designed to make everyday items, home decor, and gifts more personal.

Our collection focuses on customizable items that can feature names, photos, text, and other personal details. Whether you are creating a keepsake from a favorite photo or choosing a personalized gift for someone special, we aim to make it easier to find products that reflect your ideas and memories.

We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. We work with suppliers to offer a selection of customizable products and provide customer support throughout the shopping and ordering process.

Who We Are

Kavunoo is operated by BLAKLEY AETHER CLOUD LLC, a company based in Frankfort, Kentucky.

We manage product selection, customer service, and order support for the products available in our store. Our goal is to provide a straightforward shopping experience with clear product information and practical assistance when customers need it.

We understand that ordering a custom product often involves a few extra steps, such as uploading a photo, entering a name, choosing a size, or selecting a design. We aim to make these options as clear and easy to understand as possible.

What We Offer

Kavunoo focuses on personalized products for gifting, everyday use, and display. Depending on availability, our collection may include the following categories.

Personalized Keychains

Custom keychains can feature photos, names, short messages, or other available design options. They offer a simple way to carry a personal memory or add a customized detail to keys, bags, and backpacks.

Custom Photo Products

Personal photos can be used to create customized keepsakes and display items. Available products may include photo puzzles, acrylic displays, canvas prints, and other personalized photo gifts.

Personalized Gifts

A customized gift can make an occasion feel more personal. Explore options for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, family celebrations, friendships, and other meaningful moments.

Custom Home Decor and Display Items

Selected products can be personalized with photos, text, or other design details. Depending on the item, they may be suitable for displaying on desks, shelves, walls, or other indoor spaces.

Our product selection and available customization options may change over time.

How Custom Orders Work

Customization options vary by product. Depending on the item, you may be able to:

Add a name or personalized message
Upload a photo or image
Choose a size, layout, or design
Select from available styles or accessories

Before placing an order, please review the product description, customization instructions, and selected options carefully.

For photo-based products, a clear image with good lighting and visible details can help the design reproduce the intended subject more clearly. The final appearance may vary depending on the source image, selected design, materials, and product specifications.

Our Approach to Product Information

We believe customers should have the information they need to make informed purchasing decisions.

We aim to provide practical product details, including available customization options, materials, dimensions, design features, and intended uses where applicable.

Because personalized products are prepared according to individual selections, the finished item may differ in appearance from the image displayed on a screen. Results can depend on the uploaded photo, custom text, layout, product size, and other selected options.

We encourage customers to double-check their customization details before completing checkout.
